Religion Classes and Atmosphere
As a Catholic school, St. Philomena School teaches the
Catholic faith, knowledge and practice, every day. Religious values also permeate the entire
curriculum and other activities of the school. Since the school is only a
partner in the primary responsibility of parents, it is expected that these
values are also those of the home and any activity of the family. It is
understood that students are taken to Mass every Sunday and holy days, and
participate in the sacraments regularly. At St. Philomena School, living Gospel
values is who we are. We strive to teach as Jesus did in a faith-filled, fun,
family, academically focused environment.
