Junior Kindergarten students should be 4 and Kindergarten students should be 5 by September 5.

The following documents should be supplied:

Most recent report card
Immunization record
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if you child is not baptized, we would be happy to make the necessary arrangements)
Completed application

If transferring from another Catholic School, all financial obligations must be met at the previous school.

Non-Catholics are welcome at our school, but non-Catholic students are still required to attend mass and take religious courses.
