Tuition, Fundraising, and Service

A registration fee ($450 for the first child and $400 for each additional child) is paid annually each June and tuition is generally paid over 11 months July through May.

Because Holy Trinity values each family and holds fast to the conviction that all students deserve a Catholic Education, our tuition rates can be discussed based on individual needs and circumstances. Interested families must complete an application for assistance and meet with the principal to create a tuition plan that is appropriate for them.


Parents are asked to share their time and talent with the Holy Trinity Community by contributing 35 hours of service per family each year. This can be done in a variety of ways through participation in school activities and fundraisers as well as through donations made to the school.


Holy Trinity engages in a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year to supplement our operational expenses and to keep tuition affordable for our families. We work with several companies to offer parents a variety of opportunities to meet fundraising requirements. Mandatory fundraisers for the school year include the Network Raffle, Annual Fun Run, World’s Finest Chocolate Sale, and the annual Taste of the World Festival.


Holy Trinity School uses FACTS Tuition to electronically handle our payment plans. You can use FACTS tuition’s online portal to check on the status of your account, the schedule of payments still to be made, a listing of payments already made and a complete listing of all activity on your account.
